Spine · For event power

Run a smarter, more profitable event-power business.

Live power, climate and load across every board you put on site. Prevent the failures that wreck your client's event, and give your operations team one live view of every distribution board on site, from the main board down. The Spine platform is already in use at multiple events today.

The platform

Four areas. One platform. One screen.

Spine runs on the same device whether it sits on a construction-site board or a festival vendor-village board, and whether the site is fed from the grid or from generators. A tripped refrigeration fuse on Saturday afternoon is the Climate pillar; live load and consumption per board is Power; vendor-village distribution boards live across all four.

The Spine portal

What your operations team sees.

Three views from the Spine portal. The platform is running across a Nordic hire fleet today.

Spine portal fleet devices view — multi-board live monitoring
01
Fleet devices
Multi-board live view with per-device load and voltage. Each device card stores photos of the installed unit. Real-time amperage, fault flags and predictive alarms.
Spine portal energy report — kWh, cost and load per device
02
Energy report
kWh, cost and load per device. Per-rental totals sum up to event or project level. CSV and Partner API export for your own reporting.
Spine portal site layout view — colour-coded per board
03
Site layout
Colour-coded board status across the event. Live load percentage per outlet. Building-level view collapses to per-board, per-rental detail. Green = within margin, amber = elevated, red = fuse-trip risk.
Use cases

Where Spine pays back on the event week.

Three deployment scenarios for festival and event power.

Vendor village

Refrigeration, payment and welfare reliability.

Catch a failing food vendor refrigeration board before product loss. Live temperature and load per cabinet; predictive alarms before a tripped fuse becomes warm beer, broken cash registers or unpaid traders. The vendor-village refrigeration pattern.

G
Generators

Keep every generator correctly loaded.

Spine watches generator load in real time. When load drops too low, it switches auxiliary load on automatically, and switches it off again as demand rises. Generators stay in working condition longer, with fewer call-outs on the night.

Reporting & exports

Event-week data exports.

The full event-week record of load, runtime, consumption and alarms. Exports as CSV or via the Partner API — structured to drop straight into your own reporting and your client's records.

Before the call

Common questions.

Spine works on any board on site, main and sub-distribution alike, giving you one live view of every board. It does not replace bundled-service contracts for headline stages.

Who runs Spine in production today?

The Spine platform is already in use at multiple events and across the Nordic rental market, Cramo and Renta among the groups running it. Specific references are available on request.

Can we deploy for a 3-day event?

Yes. Spine ships as Plug & Play. Deployment per board takes minutes — no on-site reconfiguration, no static IP setup, no SIM contracts. 4G auto-connects to the strongest local network on first power-up. Data starts flowing within five minutes per device.

Can we export the event-week data?

Yes. The full event-week record of load, runtime, consumption and alarms exports as CSV or via the Partner API. Specific formatting is configured per project so it drops into your own reporting.

What IP rating does the hardware have?

Event deployments ship in IP65 enclosures suitable for outdoor festival use. Higher ratings (IP66, IP67) available per project. CE marked.

What about main-stage power supply?

Spine is not a main-stage power solution. The main stage has dedicated power infrastructure and a power engineer on shift; we don't replace that. Spine's value is the ring main, the food traders, the side stages, the refrigeration and the cash infrastructure — the surface area no one has time to watch in real time.

How is Spine priced?

Per-device + license, per-event or per-deployment. Indicative pricing is in the offer we send you, with typical event-week deployment cost included. Full quote is prepared after the project conversation.
