The trip that never happens.
Predictive alarms on load, phase imbalance and voltage reach the site phone before the fuse goes. The fix lands on your programme instead of in the middle of a pour.
Live load, voltage and temperature on every board, sent to your phone over 4G. A circuit heading for an overload reaches you as an alarm instead of as a dead site. In live production across the Nordics.
Spine is already in use on Nordic sites and rental fleets, Cramo and Renta among the groups running it. Live in six countries today.
A tripped main board does not just cost the twenty minutes it takes to reset. It costs the crew standing still, the pour that stalls, and somebody walking the site to work out which sub-board caused it.
Two outcomes for the site: fewer unplanned stoppages, and a record of what the temporary supply actually did across the whole build.
On the commercial side: consumption per board and per period, evidence when somebody else's kit is the cause, and generator running that can be corrected before it damages the set.
A predictive alarm on load, phase imbalance or voltage reaches the site phone before the fuse goes. The fix happens between pours instead of during one.
A connection heating up on the board shows as a temperature alarm while it is still a tightening job rather than a cabinet fire.
Load, voltage and measured consumption per board across the whole build. MID-grade metering is available as an accessory where the figure has to be billable.
On generator jobs, the separate Spine generator device switches an auxiliary load on when demand drops too low, and off again as it rises. The set stays in working condition longer.
Spine runs on the same device whether it sits on a site main board, a sub-board or a hire-fleet board, on mains or generator power. Genset load management is Power and Control combined; humidity inside a drying-out room or a welfare unit is Climate; exports into your own systems run on Connections.

Three scenarios drawn from live production.

Temperature alarms on the board flag a loose or overloaded connection before it turns into a cabinet fire. Spine warns, your electrician fixes.
Temperature and humidity per zone alongside consumption per board, so drying-out and frost protection stop running on guesswork. Scheduled on and off control where heating and lighting are wired for it.
Spine monitors the 3-phase distribution boards on your site, the main board and the sub-boards underneath it. It fits boards you already have.

Spine reads 3-phase distribution boards, both the site main board and the sub-boards under it — generators, transformers and distribution panels. One live view of load, phase balance, voltage, temperature and consumption per board.
No, and that is rather the point on a site that has no network yet. Every unit has a built-in eSIM and connects over 4G on power-up. It does depend on a cellular signal, so deep basements, tunnels and shielded structures are worth checking before you order.
Plug & Play unit on a standard 3-phase distribution board: under 15 minutes per board, no electrical certification needed beyond the board's existing first-fix. Data starts flowing within five minutes of connection. The built-in variant is configured at the TSR-Elsite factory and arrives pre-commissioned.
No, and that is deliberate. The standard system measures and warns; your team decides what to do about it. It does not replace your site electrical design. The one exception is the separate generator device, which switches an auxiliary load on and off to keep a genset correctly loaded.
Per-device plus licence, priced on the number of boards. Indicative pricing is in the offer we send you, with typical per-board cost per month included. A full quote follows the site conversation.
Tell us a bit about your sites and we send an indicative offer with per-board pricing, installation timeline and lead time within one business day.
No call needed to see the numbers. If it looks right, we book a short call to finalise.
