Modular 400A Main Distribution Center for Construction Sites

The modular 400A main distribution center is a temporary site distribution solution designed for construction projects and events. Developed with user feedback in mind, this smart and versatile distribution center meets a wide range of needs. The center includes space for a kWh meter for energy monitoring.

Modular and Expandable Design

The modular output section includes standard fuse-switch disconnector outputs and a socket module. Thanks to its modular design, additional fuse-switch disconnectors or socket modules can be added as needed, ensuring the board meets specific customer requirements. By default, the board has two free module slots for further expansion.

Installer-Friendly Features

The distribution center has been designed to simplify installation with:
✔ Easy cable connection – Open-frame design allows direct cable access without threading under the unit. The bottom plates can be removed during installation.
✔ Color-coded fuses for clarity and safety – Brown (L1), black (L2), and grey (L3).
✔ Optimized for 63A cables – The door design allows smooth cable routing through brush seals without bending issues.

Durable and Portable Construction

Manufactured from powder-coated aluminium, the board is both lightweight and highly durable. Additional forklift pockets and lifting loops ensure easy transport. Lockable doors on both sides, secured with a triangle key, provide extra safety. The board stands on a welded aluminium base, ensuring stability and durability on-site.

Integrated Remote Monitoring with Spine

All units come with the Spine remote monitoring system as standard, which can be activated when needed. This system provides real-time energy consumption and CO₂ emission tracking, along with predictive alerts for issues such as phase imbalance, overvoltage, undervoltage, and other faults, helping prevent electrical disruptions.

High-Quality Manufacturing & Compliance

All distribution boards are manufactured in-house, ensuring high quality and fast spare part availability. Designed for logistical efficiency, the unit is built to fit a FIN pallet (80×120 cm), making storage and transport easier. The product meets the EN 61439-4 standard for temporary power distribution.
