TSR | ELSITE manufactures a large part of its worksite power distribution, lighting and heating equipment in Finland. If a unit fails, you need spare parts or you have a warranty question, contact us directly – also when you bought the equipment through a reseller.
Warranty
Our deliveries follow the general terms of the Finnish Technical Trade. The full sales and warranty terms are available below.
For a warranty request, please have the type designation, the serial number and the date of purchase at hand. You will find them on the rating plate of the unit.
Service and spare parts
Repairs, spare parts and technical questions are handled directly at the factory in Turku, Finland. Describe the fault as precisely as you can – it shortens the handling time considerably.
