TSR – ELSITE strengthens its position in the Swedish market by acquiring HAMTEC AB, which specializes in site electrification, lighting products and tools. “The strong professionalism and logistical solutions of HAMTEC fit in perfectly with our long-term growth strategy throughout Scandinavia,” says Mikael Niittymäki Export Director of TSR – ELSITE. “HAMTEC has been a distributor of products manufactured by TSR – ELSITE in Sweden, so this was a logical and natural continuation of the cooperation,” says CEO Toni Raivo. “We are excited to further develop our business in Sweden together with new colleagues”, says Anders Hamrén CEO at HAMTEC.
TSR – ELSITE’s parent company is Legatus Oy, which also bought the entire share capital of HAMTEC AB. The acquisition is based on the goal of international growth, finding synergies and improving profitability. With the acquisition, the Group’s product range will expand and the level of local service in Sweden will improve.
TSR – ELSITE was formed at the end of 2020, when two Finnish companies specializing in site electrification, TSR Group Oy and EL & Site Oy, merged. Helmet Capital Oy Ab was involved in the business arrangement as an investor.
