You lock the burglar-proof steel chest with padlocks. As a result, tools and accessories can stay on site overnight, and nobody needs to carry them away.

The steel chest is delivered hot-dip galvanised without painting. In addition, the galvanised surface protects the steel from rust outdoors and in damp conditions.

The base plate has air holes, so moisture that gets inside can evaporate.

Charging in a locked chest

The safety chest has holes for a cable supply. Therefore, battery tools and chargers can stay charging inside even when the chest is locked.

In the morning, the batteries are full and safe, and you do not need a separate charging point in the site cabin. In addition, fewer expensive battery tools stay visible on site overnight.

You move the chest with the forklift pockets and lifting slings. For short moves and lifts by hand, use the handles on the side.

For easy transport, a wheel set is available. However, remove the wheel set once the chest is in place to prevent theft.

Two gas springs make the lid light to lift. The load capacity of the chest is 600 kg.

Locking and site storage

The ABLOY PL350 padlock pair suits the chest; the same key opens both locks. However, other padlocks also work.

When charging devices in the chest, check the chargers and leads regularly. In addition, route the supply cable through the cable entry so the lid does not pinch it.

Open the lid fully before reaching into the chest. The gas springs hold the lid open when they are in good condition.
