1500 rpm: quieter running and a longer service life

The 1500 rpm design means quieter running and a longer service life. It also gives better fuel efficiency than faster 3000 rpm models.

In addition, the sound pressure level is only 68 dB(A) at a distance of 7 m. The running time is 26.6 hours at 75 % load.

As a result, the ESE 10 YW-B suits construction, industrial and property sites. It works in fixed installations as well as on mobile sites.

Sizing for small and medium loads

The rated current is 12.6 A. Single-phase tools and devices run from the 230 V sockets.

Size the load so that the continuous output stays below 6.96 kW. Also leave headroom for the starting currents of motor-driven equipment.

The galvanised hood resists corrosion. Moreover, the central lifting eye makes moving and installation easier.

ESE 10 YW-B compared with other YW-B models

All YW-B models have the same outlets. If 8.7 kVA is not enough, the ESE 15 YW-B delivers 12.81 kVA. The ESE 20 YW-B delivers 17.6 kVA.

Safety

The circuit breaker and the automatic low-oil shutdown prevent engine damage and electrical overloads.

Engine exhaust contains toxic carbon monoxide. Therefore, run the generator only outdoors or in a well-ventilated place where exhaust cannot enter buildings.

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for earthing and connections. In addition, refuel only when the engine is switched off.

Connecting the generator to a building’s electrical installation is always a job for a qualified electrician. The requirements for electrical work are explained on the Tukes website.
