Filter TSR-WH50 – why regular replacement pays off

The main task of the filter is to remove dust, particles and other impurities from the air. Therefore, the heater does not wear out or get damaged prematurely.

A clogged filter weakens the airflow, and as a result, less heat reaches the space. Regular replacement keeps the heater efficient throughout the operating period.

The WH50 is the most powerful heater in the series, with an airflow of 4400 m³/h. Its filter is therefore the largest in the series: 690 x 500 x 46 mm.

Choosing the right size

You choose the filter according to the heater model. This filter measures 690 x 500 x 46 mm, and it suits the hydronic WH50 heater.

Smaller models have their own filters. The WH15 filter measures 250 x 220 x 46 mm, and the WH30 and EH18 filter measures 400 x 355 x 46 mm.

For example, keep a few spare filters on site. In dusty work phases, such as demolition and sanding, the filter gets dirty faster than usual.

In addition, check the filter visually whenever you move the heater. If the fabric has turned grey or a layer of dust is clearly visible, replace the filter.

Switch off the power to the heater before you replace the filter. That way, the fan cannot start during the work.

At the same time, check that there is no loose dust in the filter housing. Then fit the new filter and make sure it sits tightly.
