Why use a filter box on site?

The filter box extends what duct fans can do, especially in dusty spaces. The fan moves the air, and the box filters dust out of it.

The solution suits demolition, renovation and construction sites, for example. On these sites, air quality control matters for workers and for adjacent spaces.

FILTERBOX STAC-300 – installation

You can install the filter box on either the suction side or the pressure side of the fan. The choice depends on whether the air is cleaned before or after the fan.

The box connects to the fan with the ready-made ø 305 mm connecting hose system. As a result, setup is quick.

Up to three filters fit in the box. The pre-filter captures coarser dust before the HEPA 13 filter.

However, the filter box has no fan of its own. Its airflow (m³/h) depends on the output of the connected fan.

Choose the fan according to the room size and the ventilation needed. At the same time, make sure the fan connection fits the 305 mm hose.

Change the filters often enough so that air passes through the box freely. Handle used filters with care, because dust has collected in them.

In addition, wear suitable respiratory protection during dusty work.
