Diamond blades for concrete, asphalt and stone materials
Staring diamond blades cover the most common cutting and grinding work on site: reinforced concrete, asphalt, brick, paving stone and tiles, as well as grinding granite and porcelain. The range includes blades for dry cutting and for wet cutting, and the sizes run from 125 millimetre angle grinder blades up to 500 millimetre asphalt blades.
The product is part of our tool range and complements the other site supplies.
Asphalt blades – asphalt and concrete
Asphalt blades are intended for dry cutting asphalt and concrete. The segments stand up to abrasive material that quickly wears out an ordinary concrete blade. Four diameters are available:
| Asphalt blade 350 mm | 401080001 |
| Asphalt blade 400 mm | 401080002 |
| Asphalt blade 450 mm | 401080003 |
| Asphalt blade 500 mm | 401080004 |
PRO blades – reinforced concrete, brick and paving stone
PRO blades are general-purpose blades for demanding site use: reinforced concrete, brick, paving stones and walkway slabs. When several materials are cut at the same site, a PRO blade handles them without a blade change.
| PRO blade 300 mm | 401080005 |
| PRO blade 350 mm | 401080006 |
| PRO blade 400 mm | 401080007 |
Flap discs – granite, porcelain and marble
Diamond flap discs are intended for grinding and finishing stone materials. The grit is chosen according to the work stage: a coarse disc removes material, a fine one finishes the edge. Four grits:
| Flap disc #60 (coarse) | 401080011 |
| Flap disc #120 | 401080010 |
| Flap disc #200 | 401080012 |
| Flap disc #400 (fine) | 401080013 |

Special and general-purpose blades
The rest of the range covers individual special jobs and general use:

| General-purpose blade | 401080016 |
| Work Hard blade | 401080015 |
| Universal blade | 401080017 |

Choosing a blade: three questions
The right blade is found quickly once you answer three questions:
- What material is being cut? Asphalt wears differently from reinforced concrete, and porcelain calls for a finer segment.
- Dry or wet cutting? Dry cutting is about dust control, wet cutting about the water feed.
- Which machine? 125 mm for an angle grinder, 300–500 mm for a cut-off saw or a floor saw.
Tell us the site and the machine when you request a quotation and we will suggest a suitable blade.
Frequently asked questions
Which blade for asphalt?
An asphalt blade, available in 350, 400, 450 and 500 millimetre diameters. Asphalt is abrasive, so an ordinary concrete blade wears out quickly in it.
What does the grit number of a flap disc mean?
The lower the number, the coarser the disc. #60 removes material quickly, #400 finishes the surface.
Do the blades fit an angle grinder?
The 125 millimetre blades fit an ordinary angle grinder. Larger diameters need a cut-off saw or a floor saw.
Can the blades be bought individually?
They can. Give us the codes and quantities you need when you request a quotation.
