Forced action mixer STB-65 mixes mortar to an even consistency

The STB-65 is Staring’s smallest forced action mixer, with a mixing drum that holds roughly 65 litres. It is a general-purpose machine: the same mixer handles mortar, concrete, levelling compound and other mixes on site and in industry. The shape of the mixing head works the mix thoroughly and keeps the drum clean at the same time.

Cleaning without tools

The mixing head lifts out of the drum without tools, so cleaning is quick at the end of a shift. The head comes with carbide blades as standard, and the blades can be adjusted one by one as they wear.

Operated by one person

The STB-65 is designed so that a single worker can run it. The mixer can be lowered for transport, which means it fits into a large estate car. Filling wheels mounted high up make it easier to lift sacks into the drum.

Safety included as standard

The lid has a sack knife and a magnetic safety switch that stops the machine when the lid opens. The stand is adjustable, so the mixer stands firmly even on uneven ground.
