Who the LED D 9050 MRA suits

The light is for construction sites, renovation sites and large indoor spaces. Choose it when the area is wide and the work needs natural light.

It suits painters, plasterers and other trades that must judge colours accurately. It is the most powerful model in the series. For smaller spaces, however, the 50 W D 5050 MRA with 6700 lumens is enough.

LED D 9050 MRA: Ra 97 shows colours almost like daylight

The colour rendering index Ra shows on a scale of 0–100 how natural colours look compared with sunlight. This light has Ra 97, so it is very close to daylight.

In practice, the difference shows where people judge shades by eye. Poor colour rendering easily leads to wrong judgements and rework, so a high Ra value reduces this risk.

Stepless dimming of the LED D 9050 MRA

You dim the light steplessly, so the brightness fits the work phase. You also adjust the colour temperature between 4000 and 5000 kelvin.

The wide light surface and the anti-glare design make the light even. This matters in long shifts, because a sharp point of light tires the eyes.

LED D 9050 MRA – built for site knocks

The IP54 rating protects against dust and splashing water from any direction. IK08 impact resistance, in turn, means the housing withstands 5 joules of impact energy.

The light meets the requirements for site use under DGUV 203-006. It also belongs to equipment class K2 (DGUV 203-005) for hard mechanical, physical and chemical stress.

As a result, the light withstands constant moving from site to site.

Integrated socket and 5 m rubber cable

The back of the light has a socket with a self-closing lid and enhanced touch protection. So you can plug in a tool without a separate extension cord.

The connection cable is 5 metres of oil-resistant H07RN-F 3G1.5 rubber cable. The rubber-neoprene cable also withstands site temperature changes and mechanical stress far better than a plastic cable.

Use, care and safety

Place the light on a firm base or fix it to a tripod. Since the tilting foot adjusts to different angles, you aim the light without extra brackets.

Wipe the light surface regularly, because a layer of dust reduces the light output. Also check the cable and the plug before every use. Keep the socket lid closed when you do not use it.
