Two 16 A three-phase outlets

The board has two 16 A three-phase outlets and eight 230 V Schuko sockets. With two three-phase outlets, you can feed two three-phase devices at the same time.

This is the clearest difference from the larger model. The 32 A model has 1 x 32 A and 1 x 16 A outlets instead. So the choice depends on whether you need one powerful outlet or two smaller ones.

Who is the TSR-MAG distribution box 16A for?

The model suits work points that need power for hand tools, lighting and smaller machines. Typical sites are renovations, interior work and maintenance jobs.

It also suits equipment rental companies, where the board constantly moves from site to site. However, if the site uses large machines, consider the 32 A model.

TSR-MAG distribution box 16A – phase meters for every phase

The front panel has three digital phase meters that also work as indicator lights. So you see at once whether a phase is live.

Therefore, you notice a tripped breaker without opening the cover. The meters also show the load of every phase, which helps you spread the load evenly.

Magnelis® steel withstands moisture and dust

The frame is Magnelis® steel, and its corrosion resistance is clearly better than that of traditional galvanised steel. In addition, the IP44 enclosure keeps splashing water and dust out.

Together, they withstand site moisture, concrete dust and constant moving. Moreover, the strong folding carry handle and the hanging loops make moving and fixing easier.

Plug-in supply speeds up commissioning

The TSR-MAG distribution box 16A belongs to the plug-on sub-distribution boards. You bring the supply to a ready supply point with a plug, so no fixed connection is needed.

In practice, the board moves with the site and is ready for use quickly at a new location. For the same reason, it also works well as rental equipment.

Spare parts, service and Finnish manufacturing

All components and frame parts are available as spare parts. So a broken socket or switch does not mean replacing the whole board, which lowers life-cycle costs.

Every TSR-MAG distribution box 16A is made at TSR-ELSITE’s own factory in Turku, Finland. As a result, spare parts and technical support are easy to get.

The standard colour is orange. However, we can also deliver the boards in the customer’s brand colour.

IP44 withstands splashing water and dust. However, for long-term outdoor storage, hang the board under a shelter.
