Mobile heat pump MWK40 – how it works

The unit combines mobile heating and cooling fully electrically. Therefore, you need no fuels, no separate chillers and no extra adjustment.

The pump adjusts the temperature automatically according to a preset target. In addition, it reacts quickly to changing conditions.

The unit uses no separate resistance heaters. As a result, electricity consumption stays predictable: the maximum energy consumption is 13.9 kW.

Applications

The operating range of -10…+40 °C allows use almost all year round. For example, the unit cools in summer and heats in winter.

The pump suits construction sites, warehouses and production halls, as well as events and festival tents.

It also serves agriculture and municipal premises, either temporarily or permanently.

The COPh is 3.31 at +7 °C and 2.24 at -7 °C. The seasonal efficiency SCOPh is 2.88.

For heating only, the MW40 is suitable, as its operating range extends to -20 °C. For larger sites, however, there is the MW80 with 96.7 kW.

Safety

The unit weighs 1020 kg and measures 2.4 x 1.2 x 2.2 m. Therefore, move it with suitable lifting equipment onto a level base with sufficient load-bearing capacity.
