Hydronic heater TSR WH30 – drying structures

In construction, drying the structures and circulating the air matter most. For example, warm, powerfully blown air carries moisture away from structural surfaces.

You connect the heater to the district heating network with a heat exchanger. The fan then transfers the heat into the air of the site, where it dries the structures.

If the site is outside the district heating network, however, ground source heat can also serve as the heat source under certain conditions.

As the air circulates constantly, moisture does not settle on cold surfaces and in the corners of the space.

Hydronic heater TSR WH30 – sizing and model choice

The WH30 is the mid-sized model in the series: 30 kW output and 2300 m³/h airflow. It runs on 230 volts.

For smaller spaces, the 15 kW WH15 is suitable. When you need more output, however, choose the 50 kW WH50 with an airflow of 4400 m³/h.

The same 25 mm Camlock connections on all WH models make it easy to swap heaters according to the work phase. In addition, the wheels and handles make moving easy.

Maintenance, accessories and heat source

The heater has a reliable manual interface. Maintenance is simple, and standard filters fit the heater. The valves point upwards.

For example, the G4 class WH30 filter is a suitable replacement filter. For heat distribution, a metal nozzle is also available.

The heaters are made in Finland, and all their components are available as spare parts.

As a heat source, you need a heat exchanger, such as the TSR V-HEAT 200 kW. You can find all hydronic heating products in the product group.

Safety

The heater has no flame and no combustion gases. As a result, it does not degrade the indoor air of the site.

The IP44 enclosure protects the unit against splashing water. Check the cable, the hood and the Camlock connections before start-up.

A qualified installer connects the heat exchanger. A qualified electrician makes the electrical connections. You can find the requirements for electrical work on the Tukes website.
