Two residual current devices, one for each socket group
The control panel of the TSR-7500i has two separate residual current devices. The four 230 volt sockets are divided into two groups, and each group has its own protection.
The division means that a fault trip in one group does not cut the power to the other group. On site that keeps some of the equipment running while the fault is being traced.
In portable inverter generators a residual current device is rare, and two of them are rarer still. Requirements for electrical work are set out in the HSE guidance on electrical safety.

Inverter technology suits sensitive electronics
The inverter first converts the current produced by the generator into direct current and then back into steady alternating current. Voltage and frequency stay stable even when the load varies.
This is why you can run measuring instruments, chargers and computers on this inverter generator. The voltage spikes of a conventional generator can damage them.
ECO mode lowers the engine speed under light load, which brings down both consumption and running noise.
Electric start and a 23 litre tank
The engine starts from a button on the panel. The battery charges during use, and the unit also has a recoil start as a backup.
The fuel tank holds 23 litres of petrol, so the unit runs for a long time without refuelling. Use unleaded petrol with an ethanol content of no more than 10 per cent (E10). The engine oil capacity is 1.1 litres.
The 12 volt direct current outlet supplies 8.3 amperes and has its own protective circuit breaker.
Moved on site by one person
The unit weighs 87 kg, but the transport wheels and the folding push handle make moving it a one-person job on level ground.
The enclosed structure damps the noise. The measured sound pressure level is 73 dB(A) and the guaranteed sound power level 96 dB(A).
Lifting and uneven terrain call for two people or a lifting aid.
If the unit has to travel along every day, the lighter model in the range is the TSR-2700i inverter generator, which weighs 21 kg and is carried by one person.

Where the TSR-7500i fits
On construction and renovation sites the generator feeds several work points at the same time when there is no mains power yet.
At events and outdoor work sites the four sockets and two separately protected groups divide the load sensibly.
As standby power the unit keeps lighting, refrigeration equipment and data connections running during a power cut.

Safe use
The generator is used outdoors or in a well-ventilated space only, because the exhaust gases it produces may contain odourless and dangerous carbon monoxide.
Place the unit on a level surface and refuel it with the engine switched off. Let the engine cool down before refuelling.
The operating temperature range is -10…+40 °C and the maximum installation altitude is 1500 metres.
TSR-7500i – manuals and spare parts
The user manual is available in nine languages: Finnish, Swedish, English, German, Dutch, Polish, Lithuanian, Czech and Slovak.
- User manuals in all languages
- Exploded view (PDF) – part locations and part numbers
- Spare parts list (Excel) – part numbers and product codes
The numbers in the exploded view match the part numbers in the spare parts list, so you can find the product code of the correct spare part straight from the drawing.
