The fill valve has a 1-inch claw coupling and a constant-pressure valve. Set the required system pressure on the constant-pressure valve, open the fill valve carefully and supervise the filling on site throughout.

The controller is a Regin Exigo Ardo and the unit supports remote management. Through it you see and adjust the system pressure, the primary and secondary temperatures and the clogging of the dirt separator in real time.

Alerts about faults or power failures arrive by e-mail or text message, so nobody has to drive to site to check the situation.

The secondary flow temperature is set from the Regin control panel. The pump is set to autoadapt mode at the factory and usually needs no further adjustment.

The exchanger and water-circulating heaters

The exchanger produces the heat, but the heat is distributed into the spaces by water-circulating heaters. The TSR WH series comes in three sizes and they connect with the same 2-inch Camlock quick couplings.

Compare the pressure and temperature values on the rating plate with the values stated by the district heating company before connecting. The unit must not be installed if the network values exceed the plate maximums.

Empty and clean the dirt separator regularly on site and always at service. Fit a new gasket every time the dirt separator is opened.

For transport below +5 °C, fill both the primary and secondary sides with a 50/50 water–ethylene glycol mixture. The unit has a 12-month warranty and may only be repaired by a service company authorised by the manufacturer.
