Hydronic heater TSR WH15 – how it works

The heater burns nothing; instead, it transfers ready-made heat. The heat from the district heating network passes through a heat exchanger into the water that circulates to the heater.

The fan of the heater then transfers the heat into the air of the site. In addition, three fixed air nozzles spread the warm air evenly around.

The heater needs electricity only for the fan. For example, the rated current is only 1.4 A.

Hydronic heater TSR WH15 – choosing a model

The WH15 is the smallest model in the series. Therefore, it suits smaller site premises and renovation sites.

For larger areas, the WH30 model delivers 30 kW and an airflow of 2300 m³/h. The largest model in the series, the WH50, delivers 50 kW and 4400 m³/h.

All WH models have the same 2 x Camlock 25 mm connections. As a result, you can combine different sizes on the same site.

Operation, maintenance and heat source

You control the heater with a reliable manual interface. It needs no complicated settings, which makes use easy in changing site conditions.

The design keeps maintenance simple, and standard filters fit the heater. For example, the G4 class WH15 filter is a suitable replacement filter. The valves point upwards.

A clean filter protects the heater from wear and keeps the airflow good. In addition, all components of the heaters are available as spare parts.

The heater needs a heat exchanger alongside it. You can find, for example, the TSR V-HEAT 200 kW heat exchanger and other hydronic heating products in the product group.

Safety

A hydronic heater has no flame and no combustion gases. Therefore, you can use it indoors without flue gas extraction.

The IP44 enclosure protects the unit against splashing water. However, check the cable and the Camlock connections before every start-up.
