BAU-LED 2 end cap – when you need a spare

The cap that comes with the strip can get lost when you take lines down and rebuild them from site to site. Small parts easily disappear during dismantling.

In addition, a cap can get damaged in transport. With spares ready, you never leave a strip unused because of one small part.

Therefore order spares at the same time as strips or connection cables. Keep a few in the same box as the connection cables and T-branches, so a line change never stops for a missing part.

Where the cap goes in a strip line

The cap belongs on the free end of the last strip in the chain. When you add a strip to the chain, move the cap to the end of the new strip.

In a branched line, every branch ends in its own cap. As a result, check the number of caps whenever you change the line.

When you take the line down, put the cap back on the end of the strip before you roll it up. For example, this way the cap travels with the strip to the next site.

Never leave the free end of a strip open. Before you switch on the power, check that the end of every line is closed.
