Modular main center 400A with Spine is a temporary worksite board for construction projects and events. Its development closely followed user feedback and needs, making this board a smart and versatile solution. The board has a slot for a kWh meter.

The modular output side expands as needed

The modular output side provides fuse-switch outputs and a socket outlet module as standard. Modularity makes it possible to add fuse-switches or socket outlet modules to the board, giving it extra socket and fuse-switch outputs as the customer needs. In the standard configuration the board has 2 free module slots.

Designed to make the installer’s job easier

The design takes the installer’s work into account in several ways:

• Connecting the supply cables is easy thanks to the open frame design. Cables don’t need to be threaded under the board — the bottom panels are removed for the duration of installation.
• The phase fuses are color-coded for clarity and safety: brown (L1), black (L2) and grey (L3).
• The board is designed so a 63A cable can bend smoothly under the door through the brush seals.

The board’s frame is made of powder-coated aluminium, making it extremely durable and light. Forklift pockets and lifting eyes ensure it’s easy to move, and triangular-key lockable doors on both sides ensure security. The board stands on a sturdy welded aluminium base, adding to its stability and durability.

Durable design for demanding use

The Spine remote monitoring system is integrated as standard into every board and can be activated as needed. The Spine system enables real-time monitoring of energy consumption and CO2 emissions. It also sends proactive alarms, such as warnings about unbalanced load, over- and undervoltage, and other fault conditions — helping prevent disturbances in the worksite’s electrical network before they occur.

Spine remote monitoring as standard

All boards are manufactured at our own factory, ensuring high quality and fast availability of spare parts. The boards are logistically efficient and designed to match the size of a FIN pallet (80×120 cm), making storage and transport easier. The product meets the requirements of the EN 61439-4 standard.
