Fixed input floor distribution board 63A/125A/VM chaining 125A
Product code (SKU): 5000334Fixed input floor distribution board 63A/125A/VM chaining 125A
Fixed-input floor distribution board with per-phase measurement. Board that can chain to another identical board via 125A terminal blocks. Outputs: 1×63A, 2×32A, 1×16A and 6×16A/230V.

Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A is a floor distribution board with a fixed cable input, where per-phase meters show the current and voltage of each of the three phases. The meters also double as indicator lights that show current is reaching the phases.
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A – fixed input makes the board more reliable
A fixed input makes the board more reliable than a plug-connected board: the supply can’t be accidentally disconnected, stolen or moved. The board is versatile, since it can be fed with a fuse rated anywhere from 63–125A depending on what’s needed.
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A – the only model that can chain the full 125A to another identical board
Alongside our Spine model (TSR 63/125A Spine), this is the only board in our floor-distribution range that can chain the full 125A onward to another identical board via terminal blocks. If a site needs, say, five identical boards in a row on the same line, this is the only model that makes chaining the full 125A possible. The board’s own outputs cover 1×63A, 2×32A, 1×16A and 6×16A/230V.
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A – two main switches – one for the board, one for the chain
The board has two separate main switches: a 63A switch controls the board’s own outputs, and a 125A switch controls the chain onward. Unlike many other manufacturers’ equivalent boards, the chain can be switched off independently with its own main switch — for example during maintenance work — without needing to cut power to the board’s own outputs.
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A – phase meters reveal unbalanced load instantly
Per-phase measurement helps you spot unbalanced load before it trips a fuse or causes a break in the site’s power distribution. Note that the phase meters only measure this board’s own socket outputs — they do not measure the current going onward through the chain to the next board. Read here why and how phase measurement makes site operations more efficient.
A light aluminium body that travels well
the product is made of aluminium, so it’s light in construction. It’s easy to carry by its handle and hang on a wall from the hanging loops, or it can be set on the floor on its own feet.
Serviceable and customizable
The board is manufactured in Finland using only high-quality European components, such as PCE and Schneider. All parts are available as spare parts, and the board can be modified according to customer wishes — for example, the number and size of the boxes can be changed.
Who this floor distribution board suits
the product suits large projects and sites in particular, where many boards are needed and you want to ensure sufficient power with 125A cabling. The “floor” in this board’s category name doesn’t mean it has to be used per building floor — a “floor” can just as well be any area or point that power is chained onward to. The model also suits multi-storey construction sites, where power is distributed floor by floor with fixed cabling and you want to monitor load per phase along the whole chain. If you need the last board in the chain — a model with no chaining onward — see version 2.

Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A on the worksite
A floor distribution board brings power to where the work is done. Placed on the working floor, it removes the need to run extension cords through stairwells.
Short cords are both a safety and a quality matter: a long cord causes voltage drop and is a permanent trip hazard.
This model is rated 63 A. Size the equipment by the actual simultaneous load – the sum of the nameplate ratings almost always leads to oversizing.
Outputs: 1 x 63A, 2 x 32A, 1 x 16A, 6 x 16A 230V. Count the work points before choosing – the number of outputs decides how many machines one board can feed.
Where Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A is used
Typical sites are construction projects, renovations, industrial maintenance and event power. What they share is that the electrical supply is temporary and the conditions are demanding.
Temporary does not mean lighter requirements. Site equipment is exposed to dust, moisture, moving and mechanical stress in a way that fixed installations never are.
Check the load distribution between phases during use. Uneven distribution overloads one phase while the others run half empty, and the usual symptom is a fuse that keeps tripping.
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A – how to choose the right model
The equipment is chosen by rated current and outputs. Start by calculating the simultaneous load and the output types needed, and choose the model on that basis.
Other models of the same type are Subcabinet for floorlevels TAK 63/100A, Subcabinet for floorlevels TAK 63/100A PRO KS, Fixed input floor distribution board 63A/125A/VM fixed 32A outputs, Fixed input floor distribution board 63A/125A/VM fixed 32A + 63A outputs, Fixed input floor distribution board 63A/125A/VM terminating.
Other details that affect the choice: protection class IP44, RCD 1 x 40A/30mA, 2 x 63/300mA, weight 14,3 kg, dimensions 46×37×22 cm. These are worth checking already at the quotation stage.

Practical notes for use
Winter brings requirements of its own. Condensation forms when cold equipment is brought into the warm, and moisture inside the enclosure is a common reason for an RCD tripping with no visible cause.
Mark the equipment with the site details and keep a record of what is fed from where. On a site with several contractors that saves time at every fault-finding.
RCD protection is mandatory for socket outputs on a site. Its operation is tested with the test button at commissioning and at regular intervals afterwards.
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A – installation and maintenance
Installation and connection work is carried out by a qualified electrician. The equipment must be made dead before connection work, and the absence of voltage verified by measurement.
Place the equipment on level ground and so that it can be reached freely even when the site fills up with material. Material stacked in front blocks both use and emergency isolation.
Test the RCD with its test button at commissioning and at regular intervals afterwards. The test takes a second and is still almost always forgotten.
The unit weighs 14,3 kg. Take the weight into account when moving and lifting – damage is most often caused during transport, not in use.
Check the joints and fixings regularly during use. A joint that heats up is a sign of a fault and should be corrected before the fault spreads.
Safety and inspections
Site electrical installations are subject to the same requirements as fixed installations, and some of them are stricter. The equipment has to withstand moving, dust, moisture and mechanical stress for the whole project.
The installation is inspected at commissioning and regularly during use: enclosure, joints, the operation of the protective devices and the fact that live parts cannot be reached.
Damaged equipment is not repaired improvised on site. A cracked enclosure, a burnt terminal or a damaged socket is replaced – on a site a temporary repair almost always becomes permanent.
Document the configuration and any changes made. Up-to-date information on outputs and protection speeds up fault-finding and the next inspection.
Delivery and sizing help
We deliver the equipment together with the cables and the rest of the site power supply in one delivery, so the set is complete when it arrives on site.
Describe the whole site in your request for quotation: supply power, the outputs needed and the estimated length of the project. We size the set on that basis.
Use the product number 5000334 when ordering and when asking about spare parts. It identifies this exact model, which matters when the same series comes in several sizes.
We also help with the sizing. If you are unsure about the size or the number of outputs, ask us – equipment sized wrong costs more than equipment chosen right the first time.
Frequently asked questions
Can the boards be chained through several floors?
Yes, the fixed 125A input runs through terminal blocks in the bottom of the board to the next floor distribution board or device. This is the only board in our range (besides the Spine model) that can chain the full 125A onward to another identical board.
Do the phase meters also measure the chained output?
No, the phase meters only measure this board’s own socket outputs, not the current going onward through the chain to the next board.
Why does the board have two main switches?
The 63A main switch controls the board’s own outputs and the 125A main switch controls the chain onward. This lets you cut power to the chain — for example during maintenance work — without having to cut power to the whole board.
Can the board be customized to fit my needs?
Yes, the number and size of the boxes can be customized to the customer’s needs at our Finnish factory.
How is the board installed?
The board can be hung on a wall from the hanging loops or placed on the floor on its own feet.
