Fixed input floor distribution board 63A/125A/VM fixed 32A + 63A outputs

Fixed-input floor distribution board with per-phase measurement. Two separate chain outputs (32A+63A), also measured by the phase meters. Outputs: 1×63A, 2×32A, 1×16A and 6×16A/230V.

Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A ver 4 is a floor distribution board with a fixed cable input, where per-phase meters show the current and voltage of each of the three phases. The meters also double as indicator lights that show current is reaching the phases.

Fixed input makes the board more reliable

A fixed input makes the board more reliable than a plug-connected board: the supply can’t be accidentally disconnected, stolen or moved. The board is versatile, since it can be fed with a fuse rated anywhere from 63–125A depending on what’s needed.

Two separate chain outputs

125A can be chained onward through the bottom of the board with two separate fixed chain outputs: 1×32A AL/CU 16mm² and 1×63A AL/CU 35mm². Thanks to the two separate chain outputs, you can continue to the next floor with exactly the power it needs, without oversizing. The chain outputs sit behind a fuse but have no separate RCD — which suits, for example, a site hoist or other equipment designed to run fixed-connected without an RCD.

Plenty of outputs from one point

Outputs include 1×63A, 2×32A, 1×16A and 6×16A/230V, so the board is enough to feed both a larger machine and several power tools at the same time.

Phase meters reveal unbalanced load instantly

Per-phase measurement helps you spot unbalanced load before it trips a fuse or causes a break in the site’s power distribution. On this model, the phase meters measure both the socket outputs and the fixed chain outputs. Read here why and how phase measurement makes site operations more efficient.

A light aluminium body that travels well

Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A ver 4 is made of aluminium, so it’s light in construction. It’s easy to carry by its handle and hang on a wall or board stand from the hanging loops, or it can be set on the floor on its own feet.

Serviceable and customizable

The board is manufactured in Finland using only high-quality European components, such as PCE and Schneider. All parts are available as spare parts, and the board can be modified according to customer wishes — for example, the number and size of the boxes can be changed.

How version 4 differs from the other floor distribution boards

If a single combined chain output is enough, see Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A. If you don’t need the 63A output, see version 3.

Who this floor distribution board suits

Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A ver 4 suits large projects and sites in particular, where many boards are needed, the chain continues at more than one power level, and you want to ensure sufficient power with 125A cabling along the whole route. The “floor” in this board’s category name doesn’t mean it has to be used per building floor — a “floor” can just as well be any area or point that power is chained onward to. The model also suits multi-storey construction sites where you want to track load per phase along the whole route, including the chain outputs.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the board have two chain outputs?
Two differently-sized chain outputs let you continue to the next floor with exactly the power level it needs, without oversizing.

Do the phase meters also measure the chain outputs?
Yes, on this model the phase meters measure both the socket outputs and the fixed chain outputs.

Can I connect equipment without an RCD to the chain outputs?
The chain outputs sit behind a fuse but have no separate RCD. This suits, for example, a site hoist or other equipment designed to run without a dedicated RCD.

Can the board be customized to fit my needs?
Yes, the number and size of the boxes can be customized to the customer’s needs at our Finnish factory.

How is the board installed?
The board can be hung on a wall or board stand from the hanging loops, or placed on the floor on its own feet.
