Transformer HUB-48VDC 1000W

The HUB 48VDC transformer is suitable for Worklite 48VDC lights as well as for BAU LED 48V led-strips.

The transformer has 2 outputs. To each output one can connect max. 24 Worklite lights or 40m BAU LED 2-strip so in total one can connect 48 light or 80 m of led-strip.

The electronic DC transformer is easy to handle and has automatic overload protection. The transformer is made of marine aluminium and weighs only 7.5 kg. The transformer can be hung from its brackets on the wall and has a 3m connecting cable.

The Transformer HUB-48VDC 1000W is a light electronic DC transformer for 48-volt worksite lighting. Each of its two outputs takes max. 40 m of BAU LED 2 strip or 24 Worklite 48VDC lights.

Two outputs, two lighting areas

With two outputs, you can split the lighting, for example, between two floors or between a stairwell and a floor level.

Each output takes either max. 40 metres of BAU LED 2 strip or max. 24 Worklite 48VDC lights.

Automatic overload protection protects the transformer against overload. Even so, leave spare capacity for lights you add later.

In addition, divide the circuits by area, so you can locate a fault easily.

Transformer HUB-48VDC 1000W – installation

Made of marine aluminium, the transformer weighs only 7.5 kg. As a result, it is light to handle and move.

You hang the transformer on the wall from its brackets. That way, it stays off the floor, out of the dust and away from traffic.

The supply comes through a 3-metre connection cable. Therefore, place the transformer so that the cable reaches the socket without extensions.

DC LED lighting

You connect BAU LED 2 strip to the Transformer HUB-48VDC 1000W, for example a BAU LED 2 48VDC strip. Other strips are in the LED strips group.

Safety extra-low voltage (48 V) reduces the risk of electric shock in wet and cramped worksite conditions.
