WorkLite 48V 21W – durability on long projects

WorkLite does not flinch easily. The light withstands the impacts and vibration that occur when people move lights and dismantle scaffolding.

The mechanically durable LED light source lasts long. As a result, you have fewer lamp changes and broken lights, which keeps operating costs down even on long projects.

Daisy chaining speeds up installation when several lights go on the same line. In addition, you can easily move the lighting from floor to floor as work progresses.

The red stock colour stands out from the grey site environment. Therefore, you spot the light easily both when installed and when collecting equipment after dismantling.

Power supply from a 48V transformer

You connect the light to a 48-volt lighting transformer. According to the product data of the HUB-48VDC transformer, one output takes max. 24 WorkLite 48VDC lights, and the transformer has two outputs.

Alternatively, the VMKK-1500 lighting transformer has two 20 A protected line outputs and takes max. 48 lights in total. Divide the lights evenly between the outputs.

Comparison with other models

Lower power is enough on many sites: the WorkLite 48V 12W uses less, and its stated luminous flux is 2200 lm.

If you want the lighting on only during movement, choose the 21 W Sensor model. For power outages, the battery-equipped 21 W Safety model is available.

WorkLite 48V 21W – safety

Safety extra-low voltage (48 V) reduces the risk of electric shock in wet and cramped worksite conditions. Installing the light does not require an electrician’s authorisation. Even so, check the light and cables before installation, and take a damaged light out of use.
