WorkLite 230V 25W – no separate transformer

A mains-voltage light needs no separate lighting transformer. Therefore, it suits sites where a 230-volt supply is already in place.

The light withstands impacts and vibration on site. In addition, the long-lasting LED light source keeps operating costs low throughout the project.

The red stock colour sets WorkLite apart from other equipment when you dismantle and move the lighting.

Suitable sites include, for example, renovation sites where the building’s own 230-volt power is in use. As a result, the lights go into use without a separate lighting network.

Daisy chaining and control

You chain the lights one after another, so one supply lights a long distance. Installing the light does not require an electrician’s authorisation.

You can also control the lighting centrally. The TSR-LCU3 lighting control unit switches the lighting on at the right time and saves on the electricity bill.

Connect the chain to an RCD-protected output, and keep chains reasonably short. By splitting the lights into several chains, one fault does not black out the whole area.

Comparison with other models

For sites that need double the power, there is the WorkLite 230V 50W. The battery-equipped 25 W safety light also gives light during a power outage.

If the site uses 48-volt safety extra-low voltage, choose the WorkLite 48V 21W.

The light runs on 230-volt mains voltage. Therefore, connect it to a socket protected by a residual current device (RCD), and check the cables and housing before each use.
