WorkLite 230V Sensor – consumption only when needed

Site lights often stay on even when nobody is in the space. The sensor model, however, drops consumption from 25 watts to 2.5 watts when it detects no movement.

The light does not switch off completely, so you can see to move as soon as you enter. When it detects movement, the light returns to full power.

As a result, the sensor model saves up to 50 % more energy than a standard WorkLite. In addition, it withstands the same impacts and vibration as the other models.

Placement and connection

Place the light so that the sensor sees the walkways of the area. Storage areas, corridors and stairwells are typical examples.

The light runs on 230-volt mains voltage without a transformer, and the lights are daisy-chainable. Installing the light does not require an electrician’s authorisation.

Comparison with other models

For constant work light, the WorkLite 230V 25W without a sensor suits well. For example, you can place both standard and sensor models in the same chain.

WorkLite 230V Sensor – safety

The light runs on 230-volt mains voltage. Therefore, connect it to a socket protected by a residual current device (RCD), and check the cables and housing before each use.
