Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A is a floor distribution board with a fixed cable input, where per-phase meters show the current and voltage of each of the three phases. The meters also double as indicator lights that show current is reaching the phases.
Fixed input makes the board more reliable
A fixed input makes the board more reliable than a plug-connected board: the supply can’t be accidentally disconnected, stolen or moved. The board is versatile, since it can be fed with a fuse rated anywhere from 63–125A depending on what’s needed.
The only model that can chain to another identical board
Alongside our Spine model (TSR 63/125A Spine), this is the only board in our floor-distribution range that can chain 125A onward to another identical board via terminal blocks. If a site needs, say, five identical boards in a row on the same line, this is the only model that makes that chaining possible. The board’s own outputs cover 1×63A, 2×32A, 1×16A and 6×16A/230V.
Two main switches – one for the board, one for the chain
The board has two separate main switches: a 63A switch controls the board’s own outputs, and a 125A switch controls the chain onward. Unlike many other manufacturers’ equivalent boards, the chain can be switched off independently with its own main switch — for example during maintenance work — without needing to cut power to the board’s own outputs.
Phase meters reveal unbalanced load instantly
Per-phase measurement helps you spot unbalanced load before it trips a fuse or causes a break in the site’s power distribution. Note that the phase meters only measure this board’s own socket outputs — they do not measure the current going onward through the chain to the next board. A light aluminium body that travels well
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A is made of aluminium, so it’s light in construction. It’s easy to carry by its handle and hang on a wall from the hanging loops, or it can be set on the floor on its own feet.
Serviceable and customizable
The board is manufactured in Finland using only high-quality European components, such as PCE and Schneider. All parts are available as spare parts, and the board can be modified according to customer wishes — for example, the number and size of the boxes can be changed.
Who this floor distribution board suits
Subcabinet with fixed input and phase load measurement TSR 63/125A suits large projects and sites in particular, where many boards are needed and you want to ensure sufficient power with 125A cabling. The “floor” in this board’s category name doesn’t mean it has to be used per building floor — a “floor” can just as well be any area or point that power is chained onward to. The model also suits multi-storey construction sites, where power is distributed floor by floor with fixed cabling and you want to monitor load per phase along the whole chain. Frequently asked questions
Can the boards be chained through several floors?
Yes, the fixed 125A input runs through terminal blocks in the bottom of the board to the next floor distribution board or device. This is the only board in our range (besides the Spine model) that can chain to another identical board.
Do the phase meters also measure the chained output?
No, the phase meters only measure this board’s own socket outputs, not the current going onward through the chain to the next board.
Why does the board have two main switches?
The 63A main switch controls the board’s own outputs and the 125A main switch controls the chain onward. This lets you cut power to the chain — for example during maintenance work — without having to cut power to the whole board.
Can the board be customized to fit my needs?
Yes, the number and size of the boxes can be customized to the customer’s needs at our Finnish factory.
How is the board installed?
The board can be hung on a wall from the hanging loops or placed on the floor on its own feet.
