MBerg 2.0 48V – impact-resistant structure

The heart of the light is an LED module of our own design. Its components are small and light, so even a hard impact does not tear them off or break them.

On site, people lift, move and knock lights constantly. A durable module, therefore, means the light still comes on at the next site.

You hang the light from its strong hook, for example from a hook in the ceiling. Alternatively, you can fasten it through the handle holes.

Connecting to the trunk line

You connect the light to the 48-volt trunk line from the Valmu lighting transformer. The transformer and lights together form a complete lighting system.

The system is reliable, because nobody can take power for other tools from the lighting line and disturb it.

You usually make the connection with flat connectors or Winsta connectors. You press the connector onto the trunk cable exactly where the light goes.

As a result, you can add and move lights as work progresses without rebuilding the whole line.

Own colours and other system parts

The standard colours are blue and orange. In addition, the lights come in the customer’s own colours, so your company’s lights stand out from other equipment.

For power outages, the MBerg 2.0 48V safety light fits the same system and lights up on battery during the outage.

Safety extra-low voltage (48 V) reduces the risk of electric shock in wet and cramped conditions. Together, the transformer and lights form a very safe lighting system.
