Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine
Product code (SKU): 505010005Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine
Sub central with fixed incoming cable for temporary electrification at construction sites and events in manufactured in Finland. The sub central FUC125 with Spine has a large lockable door, behind which fixed cable supply and socket outlets are secured from unauthorized access. Its high legs and lockable door make it particularly suitable for construction sites and events where the center may be placed on rough ground, and unauthorized persons may pass nearby.
The center features 2 x 63A, 2 x 32A, and 1 x 16A RCD-protected socket outlets, along with 3 x 230V/16A outlets. Each phase is equipped with VM phase meters, indicated by green lights, which measure the current and voltage passing through each phase, helping prevent unbalanced loads.
The galvanized legs of the sub central can be conveniently pushed inside the unit during transport, saving space, and can be completely removed if necessary. The center is also equipped with galvanized lifting loops and handles to ease transportation. The frame is made from powder-coated aluminium, and the units can be safely packed 4 per EUR pallet.
Standard features include Spine real-time remote monitoring, enabling energy consumption measurement and proactive alerts. The Spine service is easy and quick to activate using a QR code.
A sub center manufactured in Finland for worksite electrification. Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine is a worksite board fitted with a large lockable door, behind which the fixed cable supply and socket outlets are kept safe from bystanders. Tall legs and a lockable door make the board well suited to worksites and events, where the board is placed on the ground and bystanders with no business at the board may be passing by.
Plenty of protected socket outlets
The board has 2 x 63A, 2 x 32A and 1 x 16A RCD-protected socket outlets, plus 3 x 230V/16A Schuko outlets. Each phase has a green phase meter that measures the current and voltage passing through that phase. The phase meters help avoid unbalanced load between the phases.
Light to move and pack for transport
The board’s galvanized legs can be pushed into the board to save space during transport, and can be removed entirely if needed. The board has galvanized lifting eyes and carrying handles to make it easier to move. The frame is made of powder-coated aluminium. 4 boards can be safely packed on a EUR pallet.
Spine remote monitoring as standard
The board comes with real-time Spine remote monitoring as standard, letting you measure energy consumption and set up proactive alarms, among other things. Setting up the Spine service is easy and quick with a QR code.

Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine on the worksite
Spine is a remote monitoring system. Measurement data is sent to the cloud service where it can be viewed on any device – nobody needs to travel to the site to read a meter.
The service shows electricity consumption, load distribution between phases, voltage drop and CO₂ emissions, among others. Predictive alarms can be set so a deviation is caught before it stops the work.
The same cloud service gathers every Spine unit on the site into one view, however many measuring points there are.
This model is rated 125 A. Size the equipment by the actual simultaneous load – the sum of the nameplate ratings almost always leads to oversizing.
Outputs: 2x63A, 2x32A, 1x16A, 3x230V/16A. Count the work points before choosing – the number of outputs decides how many machines one board can feed.
Where Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine is used
Typical sites are construction projects, renovations, industrial maintenance and event power. What they share is that the electrical supply is temporary and the conditions are demanding.
Temporary does not mean lighter requirements. Site equipment is exposed to dust, moisture, moving and mechanical stress in a way that fixed installations never are.
Check the load distribution between phases during use. Uneven distribution overloads one phase while the others run half empty, and the usual symptom is a fuse that keeps tripping.
Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine – how to choose the right model
The equipment is chosen by rated current and outputs. Start by calculating the simultaneous load and the output types needed, and choose the model on that basis.
Other models of the same type are Spine Plug & Play 16A, Spine Plug & Play 32A, Spine Plug & Play 63A, Spine Plug & Play 125A, Spine for 16A-1250A centers with fixed input.
Other details that affect the choice: protection class IP44, short-circuit withstand lcf=17kA, RCD 30mA, 300mA, weight 43,5 kg, dimensions 92 x 80/115 x 34/60 cm. These are worth checking already at the quotation stage.

Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine – practical notes for use
Winter brings requirements of its own. Condensation forms when cold equipment is brought into the warm, and moisture inside the enclosure is a common reason for an RCD tripping with no visible cause.
Mark the equipment with the site details and keep a record of what is fed from where. On a site with several contractors that saves time at every fault-finding.
RCD protection is mandatory for socket outputs on a site. Its operation is tested with the test button at commissioning and at regular intervals afterwards.
Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine – installation and maintenance
Installation and connection work is carried out by a qualified electrician. The equipment must be made dead before connection work, and the absence of voltage verified by measurement.
Place the equipment on level ground and so that it can be reached freely even when the site fills up with material. Material stacked in front blocks both use and emergency isolation.
Test the RCD with its test button at commissioning and at regular intervals afterwards. The test takes a second and is still almost always forgotten.
The unit weighs 43,5 kg. Take the weight into account when moving and lifting – damage is most often caused during transport, not in use.
Check the joints and fixings regularly during use. A joint that heats up is a sign of a fault and should be corrected before the fault spreads.
Sub central with fixed incoming FUC125 Spine – safety and inspections
Site electrical installations are subject to the same requirements as fixed installations, and some of them are stricter. The equipment has to withstand moving, dust, moisture and mechanical stress for the whole project.
The installation is inspected at commissioning and regularly during use: enclosure, joints, the operation of the protective devices and the fact that live parts cannot be reached.
Damaged equipment is not repaired improvised on site. A cracked enclosure, a burnt terminal or a damaged socket is replaced – on a site a temporary repair almost always becomes permanent.
Document the configuration and any changes made. Up-to-date information on outputs and protection speeds up fault-finding and the next inspection.
Delivery and sizing help
We deliver the equipment together with the cables and the rest of the site power supply in one delivery, so the set is complete when it arrives on site.
Describe the whole site in your request for quotation: supply power, the outputs needed and the estimated length of the project. We size the set on that basis.
Use the product number 505010005 when ordering and when asking about spare parts. It identifies this exact model, which matters when the same series comes in several sizes.
We also help with the sizing. If you are unsure about the size or the number of outputs, ask us – equipment sized wrong costs more than equipment chosen right the first time.
