MBerg 48V 1.2 – designed for the worksite

We designed and built the light for worksite use from the start. Also, we chose the small and light components of the LED module for site use.

The light starts quickly and shines brightly even in frost. At the same time, it uses only a fraction of the energy of fluorescent lights.

There are no expensive lamp changes, and you can replace the LED module when needed. The service life is 35 000 hours.

MBerg 48V 1.2 – affordable to install and update

A construction worker can install safety-voltage lights without an electrician’s authorisation. The cabling is also light, affordable and easy to identify.

A 2×2.5 mm² lighting cable suits the trunk line. Nobody can take power from the lights for other devices, so the system is more reliable.

You can easily update the lighting as the site progresses. Then you add and move lights to where the work is.

The newer MBerg 2.0 and system parts

The newer version of this light is the MBerg 2.0 48V LED work light. You connect it to the 48 V trunk line in the same way.

The central unit of the lighting system is the Valmu lighting transformer. You connect the lights to it in two circuits.

Thanks to the smart shape, transport and storage are easy, because you can stack the lights on a pallet.

Safety

The light runs on 48 V safety extra-low voltage, so there is no risk of a dangerous electric shock. This matters in wet and cramped work areas.

However, a qualified electrician connects the transformer to the mains. The requirements are on the Tukes website.
